So today I went to my local office to get information about my Biometrics. So they told me that VSC has requested my biometrics but it has not being scheduled yet. But the lady was really nice and she said u know what i will schedule you for one right now. So earliest that she could do was 09/02/2011. But I will try and do early walk in on monday.

Hi guys, I am so disappointed. The attorney who was about to charge me 2000 dollars gave me the run around about the infopass. He didn't even talk to me, I had to call the office and he told his secretary to give me a story about him not meeting with the right person and he will be going back in 2 weeks. I just do not have that time to waste. I am about business. Murid2010, I need your Help with completing this I485. What do I need to send to VSC with the packet? I want to send it express by next Tuesday.

Do I need 2 pictures?

How do I get a fee waive since I already paid the fee for the old I485?

I dont think you should put pending. Because if you do so they might not accept the new one you filing since u have one pending. I never withdrawn my old I-485, it is still pending with USCIS. Once they close your I130 that will automatically close it.

So I have no idea what to put for "Have ever applied...? and if yes, the final disposition? :help: It seems as if I have another battle and obstacle to overcome. I will be putting this to the Lord, I can't do this by myself. I need devine intervention!

Don't be discouraged. Lawyers usually play tricks with you because they want $$ from you. It's all business for them. Murid has already posted what he sent in the previous thread so you can go over that list carefully. If you cannot find it, let me know.

I am more and more leaning toward saying Petition Pending or Petition in Abeyance. You can file multiple I-485 so don't worry. I think it is a minor issue, just be honest and state the fact.

Thank you so much Tuckahoe8, what other documents do I need to submit. I had receive a citation for disorderly conduct which was vacated by the court. I had already submitted the certified copy of the disposition to my local office with my old I485, so it is with my current file. Do you think that I have to re-submit another cerified copy?

I will tell you the lawyers are out there to make money. I started the whole I-360 process by my self is just a matter of reading the materials over and over. You can do it, take your time and organize everything accordingly.

Here is what you need for I-485

If your medical is more than 1 year old then u have to do it again.

you need

I-485

G325A Biographic information

I864W

Passport Pictures 2

Fee waiver request (Include your receipt number of your old I-485)

Copy of Birth Certificate

Copy non-immigrant visa if u have any

Proof of legal entry (I-94 OR copy of passport page with stamp)

Copy of Passport biographic info

Copy of approval notice

Certified copy of your case deposition (Even though you send it with your old I-485)

Note: Dont consider anything your sent with your old application. The application you are about to send will be a new one at VSC they called it T-FILE. So send everything again.

For the waiver you just need type a letter stating that you filed before and include your old I-485 receipt number. They will mark it fee previouly collected.

He met with the IO and they told him my file was transferrd from VSC to the National Benefit Center. He said thet the officer forwarded the I360 approval immediately to the NBC, so that the approved I360 be linked to the old I485. The IO told him that the NBC will now schedule me for another interview. The attorney said he should get the letter hopeful by September.

Hello guys,i dont know what to say,but it has been complicated on this forum for a week, i was confused,did not know what is going on.but i will say or as i previously said when ur i360 get approved vsc will send ur i485 to nbc or in the letter they send u,it tells u that they will inform u when a decision is made on ur pending i485 so there is no need in filing a new i485 enless u go for an inforpass and they tell u to file a new one as murid did.plse dont do anything that will mess ur application up,if it comes to critical and u dont know what to do plse go on the uscis web page u can make an inforpass appointment,it does not cost,we ave all been thru a lot so when u mess ur application up then u are doomed.u all ave a nice weekdays,i ave four more days for my interview to come up.will let u know what happend.thanks bye

Making an infopass is very easy. All you need is you zip code, case number and A number. It will also ask you for a reason why u need info pass you should choose (Service on a case).

Thanks, murid. After selecting "you need Service on a case that has already been filed", I chose "Case Processing Appointment - If you received a notice to go to your local office for further case processing. ". Is this the one you choose?
