I wrote a letter to my local office last week inquiring about my case. It has been a month since they have transferred my case to the local office. Maybe it might help you if you write a letter as well. What do you think?

Feb 18th 2011 - filed I360, I485 and I765

Feb 21st - receipt notice received

Feb 27th - prima facie received

March 18th - letter for biometrics appointment for April 15th

April 15th - biometrics appointment done

May 15th - EAD approved

May 20th - received EAD card

Sept 23rd - RFE received

Dec 14th - RFE response send

Feb 17th 2012 - filed for EAD renewal

Feb 23rd - received an email from USCIS: I360 APPROVED!!!

Feb 23rd - transferred my case to NBC

Feb 24th - receipt notice for EAD renewal

March 7th - RFE issued for EAD

March 13th - RFE response send

March 29th - EAD renewal approved

April 10th - received EAD card

Hi julieta, Don't worrywe have the same thing.My vawa was approved Oct 2011.Nov.2011 I filed I-485 and I-765.My case was transferred to another office last dec 19 and was transferred again last jan 6,2012.Feb.3, I received my ead and untill now I still don't have my greencard interview.Hopefully, I will get my interview notice this April.

On March 27, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I360 PETITION FOR AMERASIAN, WIDOWER, OR SPECIAL IMMIGRANT. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

WELL MY LETTER IS ON ITS WAY ... I STILL HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO THOUGH ... I HAVE NOT FILED i485 OR EAD YET BUT FIRST I CAN NOW CANCEL MY REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS OHHH YEEEESSSSSS GOD IS GOOD !!!!... I HOPE FOR A SPEEDY PROCESS FOR MYSELF AND FOR EVERYONE STILL WAITING ... LOVE U FRIENDS ... LETS KEEP HOLDING ON ..

This wait is killing me its been 7 months and all I have is a renew prima facie and there has never been any activity on my case. The renewed prima facie doesnt even show under my case. This is getting a bit frustrating ugh . God give me patience and all of us that's in the waiting game.

Hello Lordhelpme, sorry I haven't been on here a while.

I am not exactly sure how long it took, a few days maybe. And yes I am paying for a portion of my fees through student loans. I take a lot of classes on-line, and they are quite expensive. Goodluck!

When I renewed my prima facie it did not show either, so I guess that is normal. Be patient, it all works out at the end.
