Feb 18th 2011 - filed I360, I485 and I765

Feb 21st - receipt notice received

Feb 27th - prima facie received

March 18th - letter for biometrics appointment for April 15th

April 15th - biometrics appointment done

May 15th - EAD approved

May 20th - received EAD card

Sept 23rd - RFE received

Dec 14th - RFE response send

Feb 17th 2012 - filed for EAD renewal

Feb 23rd - received an email from USCIS: I360 APPROVED!!!

Feb 23rd - transferred my case to NBC

Feb 24th - receipt notice for EAD renewal

March 7th - RFE issued for EAD

March 13th - RFE response send

March 29th - EAD renewal approved

April 10th - received EAD card

I don't know what is going on. They just renewed my EAD and Prima Facie but nothing else. No disigion or maybe RFE. It's like they forget about me. And they passed my date. USCIS is working on May 2 2012 and I send my documentation on 04/25/2011. I asked my lawyer to call VSC but he wants to what another 2 months before he called. I don't know what to do :wacko:

Macbook, I think your lawyer might be right. I had applied in mid-Feb 2011 and just received my approval. Considering that you had applied a couple of months after me, maybe waiting for a couple of months is a good idea. But again, that's my two cents.....

I got an email from USCIS that they have issued RFE for my EAD. I have not received the actual RFE in mail, so let's see what they are looking for.....

Feb 18th 2011 - filed I360, I485 and I765

Feb 21st - receipt notice received

Feb 27th - prima facie received

Hello everyone,

I got an email from USCIS that they have issued RFE for my EAD. I have not received the actual RFE in mail, so let's see what they are looking for.....

i got same thing last week, they asked me for 2 passport photos and 1 copy of my ID

august 2010 - filed I-360, I-485, I-765

september 2010 - received prima facie

september 2010 -received work authorization without fingerprints

june 2011 - renewal prima facie

june 2011 - got RFE in the mail

july 2011 - applied for renewal I-765

august 2011 - sent respond to RFE

september 2011 - I765 approval never got it, uscis sent 2 times on wrong address

october 2011 - applied again for replacement work authorization

october 2011 - fingerprints done

november 2011- called uscis for renewal prima facie

november 2011 - got a letter I-765 moved to another office

december 2011 - called uscis regarding my prima facie, sent it to wrong address

december 23rd 2011 - got first transfer notice I-485 to NBC

january 11th 2012 - rceived the approval I-360...soo happy

january 17th 2012 - got second transfer notice email I-485 to local office

february 21th 2012 -i called uscis regarding my pending I 765, i did also service request

february 27th 2012 - got an email that they ask me for RFE in my case for I-765...omg

MARCH 1TH - gor the RFE about my I765, they ask me for 2 photos even i did my AOS 2 months ago

march 29 2012 - i got my inerview notice for april 11 and biometrics on april 6 ...soo happy

APRIL 11 2012 --- I485 APPROVED....YEEEEEEEE

Loveme, do not worry and don't be scared. Yes, they take time to approve a case. People have waited for years.....what is your lawyer saying?

Love me when did you apply?? I applied November of 2010 received my prima facie in December. I didn't receive any RFE until after my prima face expired in June ( didn't request a new one) on July 25th 2011. My deadline date for my RFE was October 20th I sent in everything by October 6 the and didn't hear any response from USCIS until I received my approval letter I on January 9th stating that i was since December 27th 2011. It is now March 9th and no word yet on my interview date of RFE for my AOS. So my advice is be patient, I know it is hard but that's all you can do right now. Believe me I am frustrated to because I just want to get my interview date already!!!

Loveme don't be scared my case took 14 months to be approved . I know it's hard omg it's like the hardest thing you ever went through and that's not knowing what's going with your case .

I applied in April,2011.Nothing yet.My case was sent back to VSC.So since i received a new EAC# & EAD & also did my biometrics, i felt a lot was done 4 me last month.I'll wait it out this month & contact VSC via mail to renew my Prima facie(since it will expire mid april) & in the process,i'll inquire about my case.I'll also ask my lawyer then to request a case expedite.

The wait in limbo is frustrating.

May 24,2011-RFE(For good faith marriage & Good moral character)

Sept 12,2011-Another RFE for I-693 & passports sent
