Hi hopeful, the job is great! Well, life is just great!! I started 2012 with the right foot!! Already got a promotion and I'm sooooo happyyy!!! God is always fair and loving... I went through so much and now everything is falling into place! I'm very blessed!!! :)

To the others waiting: don't despair, be calm and trust that everything should be resolved soon!!! I'm sure!

nov 04 Went to interview by myself, told officer will aplly for vawa

11/04 I485 touched (still on initial review)

11/21 officer called lawyer about the I485 (btw: really nice IO)

12/10 apply for VAWA, without background check

12/11 lawyer drop off a copy of I360 for the IO

12/15 Prima faice received

12/18 sent background check, also sent a letter to IO asking to expedite the I485 to vermont to be linked with I360

12/31 I360 touched

08/04 Apply for EAD renew

08/18 receive NOA

08/26 new card ordered

08/31 new card ordered (again??)

09/01 notice of approval of I765... (where is my VAWA approval??? God help me...)

09/03 EAD arrived in the mail!! ufa!

10/03 Sent letter to renew prima facie and inquire about vawa status.

10/05 I360 touched- changed to "Request for evidence review" (WTH????)

11/27 Recieved prima facie extension

11/30 VAWA APPROVED!!!! yupiiiiiiiiiiiiii12/04 I360 Touched

12/22 Interview noticed for 01/23/12

12/26 Interview canceled by USCIS

12/31 New interview notice for 01/30/12

01/31/12 Interview and new biometrics done!!!

I agree....all those who are waiting, it will be fine. We know it's tough....but please keep smiling and out of the blue you will get your approvals soon as well!

september 2010 - received prima facie

september 2010 -received work authorization without fingerprints

june 2011 - renewal prima facie

june 2011 - got RFE in the mail

july 2011 - applied for renewal I-765

august 2011 - sent respond to RFE

september 2011 - I765 approval never got it, uscis sent 2 times on wrong address

october 2011 - applied again for replacement work authorization

october 2011 - fingerprints done

november 2011- called uscis for renewal prima facie

november 2011 - got a letter I-765 moved to another office

december 2011 - called uscis regarding my prima facie, sent it to wrong address

december 23rd 2011 - got first transfer notice I-485 to NBC

january 11th 2012 - rceived the approval I-360...soo happy

january 17th 2012 - got second transfer notice email I-485 to local office

february 21th 2012 -i called uscis regarding my pending I 765, i did also service request

february 27th 2012 - got an email that they ask me for RFE in my case for I-765...omg

MARCH 1TH - gor the RFE about my I765, they ask me for 2 photos even i did my AOS 2 months ago

march 29 2012 - i got my inerview notice for april 11 and biometrics on april 6 ...soo happy

APRIL 11 2012 --- I485 APPROVED....YEEEEEEEE

Ahh....that's a simple RFE. Just send them what they are looking for and then you are all set!!!

Can someone please tell me how long it takes USCIS to send you the interview letter after your VAWA has been approved?

It's been very quiet here in the past 2 weeks hopefully march will be full of great and exciting news

I just got my second prima facie have gotten any RFE.......yet hopefully none ones just approval

Best of luck for march to all of us that is waiting

I don't know what is going on. They just renewed my EAD and Prima Facie but nothing else. No disigion or maybe RFE. It's like they forget about me. And they passed my date. USCIS is working on May 2 2012 and I send my documentation on 04/25/2011. I asked my lawyer to call VSC but he wants to what another 2 months before he called. I don't know what to do :wacko:

06/01/2011 Turn my passport in and started to report to BI twice a month in BI office, ones a month via phone and once a month they come to my home
01/05/2012 Still don't have court date!
02/02/2012 Terminated removal proceedings.
