hopefull2011 congratulations...i just saw you got approval. For all those who have gotten green card this yr, when do you file for citizenship, is it end of 2014 or beginning of 2015. Congratulations again to everybody who has gotten their green cards and all the approvals. For those waiting all will be over soon and you will have your approvals.

Hi merciful I have the same question thanks for asking i think if you file in two years nine months it will be end of 2014 and by the time you are fully three years it will be 2015 you can do everything once you file except oat ceremony what if you have a child do they qualify for USC at three years as LPR also....

Thanks DEE for your answer. If you have a child that got greencard with you, i think the child qualifies for the 3 yr rule too, am not sure thou maybe VJ family can help.

Hi to everyone! Congratulations to those who have had there cases approved and to those who have there Green cards approved too.Those are still waiting for approval hang in there.Dee from what I was told my the IO at the interview that we( me and my kids) should apply for citizenship 2014 like 3 months before we clock 3 years.Since our GC where approved 10/11 then we apply for citizenship june/july of 2014 and yes children are eligable under the 3 year rule unless one was married to an LPR.Hope this helps.Have a great weekend everyone.

omg...Uscis is playing with me, last week i called USCIS regarding my i 765 that still in pending from october 5th 2011 and i did service request. in this morning i got text msg and email that they sent a letter with RFE for my I-765, its unbelievable...know, what they want....i guess they ask me for something to take more time because they forget abou my case....i will get crazy with them ....

august 2010 - filed I-360, I-485, I-765

september 2010 - received prima facie

september 2010 -received work authorization without fingerprints

june 2011 - renewal prima facie

june 2011 - got RFE in the mail

july 2011 - applied for renewal I-765

august 2011 - sent respond to RFE

september 2011 - I765 approval never got it, uscis sent 2 times on wrong address

october 2011 - applied again for replacement work authorization

october 2011 - fingerprints done

november 2011- called uscis for renewal prima facie

november 2011 - got a letter I-765 moved to another office

december 2011 - called uscis regarding my prima facie, sent it to wrong address

december 23rd 2011 - got first transfer notice I-485 to NBC

january 11th 2012 - rceived the approval I-360...soo happy

january 17th 2012 - got second transfer notice email I-485 to local office

february 21th 2012 -i called uscis regarding my pending I 765, i did also service request

february 27th 2012 - got an email that they ask me for RFE in my case for I-765...omg

MARCH 1TH - gor the RFE about my I765, they ask me for 2 photos even i did my AOS 2 months ago

march 29 2012 - i got my inerview notice for april 11 and biometrics on april 6 ...soo happy

APRIL 11 2012 --- I485 APPROVED....YEEEEEEEE

they want only and need your ID identification for prove your Address i guess, don't worry you fine .

where is my response, i answered and sent evidence ( RFE i-1360 ) in 6 January 2012 but i haven't receive any .....why?

nov 04 Went to interview by myself, told officer will aplly for vawa

11/04 I485 touched (still on initial review)

11/21 officer called lawyer about the I485 (btw: really nice IO)

12/10 apply for VAWA, without background check

12/11 lawyer drop off a copy of I360 for the IO

12/15 Prima faice received

12/18 sent background check, also sent a letter to IO asking to expedite the I485 to vermont to be linked with I360

12/31 I360 touched

08/04 Apply for EAD renew

08/18 receive NOA

08/26 new card ordered

08/31 new card ordered (again??)

09/01 notice of approval of I765... (where is my VAWA approval??? God help me...)

09/03 EAD arrived in the mail!! ufa!

10/03 Sent letter to renew prima facie and inquire about vawa status.

10/05 I360 touched- changed to "Request for evidence review" (WTH????)

11/27 Recieved prima facie extension

11/30 VAWA APPROVED!!!! yupiiiiiiiiiiiiii12/04 I360 Touched

12/22 Interview noticed for 01/23/12

12/26 Interview canceled by USCIS

12/31 New interview notice for 01/30/12

01/31/12 Interview and new biometrics done!!!

Feb 18th 2011 - filed I360, I485 and I765

Feb 21st - receipt notice received

Feb 27th - prima facie received

March 18th - letter for biometrics appointment for April 15th

April 15th - biometrics appointment done

May 15th - EAD approved

May 20th - received EAD card

Sept 23rd - RFE received

Feb 18th 2011 - filed I360, I485 and I765

Feb 21st - receipt notice received

Feb 27th - prima facie received

March 18th - letter for biometrics appointment for April 15th
