My dear friends, I'm going creasy every day. I RFE respond back in 09/06/2011 and got my Prima Facie on 09/12/2011 since then I have oohing. No touch no anything. Like they forget about me. I don't know what to do. Now my attorney is filing for Prima Facia extension and extension of work permit and of course he is asking for more money (and I don't have it, but he is giving me payment plan).

I don't know what to do, and I'm very scared!

What should I do? :help:

you just have to keep waiting or your lawyer can contact them and ask about your case .. as i see it the extention for the prima facia is not really necessary unless you are getting some govt benefits. but you try and renew your EAD though..Good Luck and God Bless.

I'm still waiting like you also, no touch no nothing. just keep the faith God will see us through, i know its rough but we got to the each others strength and hold on. The storm will be over soon. :)

august 2010 - filed I-360, I-485, I-765

september 2010 - received prima facie

september 2010 -received work authorization without fingerprints

june 2011 - renewal prima facie

june 2011 - got RFE in the mail

july 2011 - applied for renewal I-765

august 2011 - sent respond to RFE

september 2011 - I765 approval never got it, uscis sent 2 times on wrong address

october 2011 - applied again for replacement work authorization

october 2011 - fingerprints done

november 2011- called uscis for renewal prima facie

november 2011 - got a letter I-765 moved to another office

december 2011 - called uscis regarding my prima facie, sent it to wrong address

december 23rd 2011 - got first transfer notice I-485 to NBC

january 11th 2012 - rceived the approval I-360...soo happy

january 17th 2012 - got second transfer notice email I-485 to local office

february 21th 2012 -i called uscis regarding my pending I 765, i did also service request

february 27th 2012 - got an email that they ask me for RFE in my case for I-765...omg

MARCH 1TH - gor the RFE about my I765, they ask me for 2 photos even i did my AOS 2 months ago

march 29 2012 - i got my inerview notice for april 11 and biometrics on april 6 ...soo happy

APRIL 11 2012 --- I485 APPROVED....YEEEEEEEE

Hi Macbook, it looks like we are in the same situation here. I responded to RFE on 09/06/2011 as well...5 months and nothing yet. No touches, nothing. My lawyer contacted them last month, and they responded that my case is going through final background check. It's all so confusing. 5 moonths is just a long time, but God is in control. Let's just remain positive.

Never believe I'd be begging for a "touch" USCIS PLEASE TOUCH ME ..lol

You are very funny. That made me laugh.

congratulation to every body get CG and get finial approval and say to others that are in waiting list Don't GIVE UP. STAY STRONG.

SO ABOUT ME i send all doc Evidence for i-360 ( answer to RFE ABOUT 1-360 ) , EVERY TIME after sent between 3-7 days uscis respond that resume cause but this time after send i have not any respond is it normally and have any body same this experience ?

i know ,and uscis mail me in last RFE after received DOC Evidence we will process and division during 2 mounts i will send more than 25 days!!!?

you never know with USCIS...still waiting my friend...its so stressfull...i dont know why its take soo long...i had 2 months since they aproved my vawa and one month since i got the second transfer, maybe today i will have news , 13 its a luck number for me

hi dee, did you get an email for interview notice? or you get the letter in tha mail, because i am afraid that they will do a mistake with the adress again, because my attorney transfer me to another attorney ( she got suspended)
