March 18th - letter for biometrics appointment for April 15th

April 15th - biometrics appointment done

Sept 23rd - RFE received

Feb 17th 2012 - filed for EAD renewal

Feb 23rd - received an email from USCIS: I360 APPROVED!!!

Touch is a good sign, just as hopefull 2011 has said. When i sent my RFE it was touched after a week of them receiving it and a few days later i got my approval. I guess its because your response had very strong evidences.

Stillalive, I agree with mercifulsoul. You had very strong evidences and it will help your case in the approval phase. Hope you will hear good news soon!

ah ah ah you are something else lol and I like that...

let me tell you something funny.

yesterday I ran out of money lol...

and I remembered USPS FAILED to deliver my mail

to USCIS on their guarantee... lol

After a phone calls and visits to the USPS post office

I was finally able to get with a supervisor who verified that USPS FAILED to deliver

on their guarantee and did authorize the refund.

funny story because a friend of mine was laughing at me

Well, I DID get my $53.50 back.

Thanks USPS for the free mail service.

nov 04 Went to interview by myself, told officer will aplly for vawa

11/04 I485 touched (still on initial review)

11/21 officer called lawyer about the I485 (btw: really nice IO)

12/10 apply for VAWA, without background check

12/11 lawyer drop off a copy of I360 for the IO

12/15 Prima faice received

12/18 sent background check, also sent a letter to IO asking to expedite the I485 to vermont to be linked with I360

12/31 I360 touched

08/04 Apply for EAD renew

08/18 receive NOA

08/26 new card ordered

08/31 new card ordered (again??)

09/01 notice of approval of I765... (where is my VAWA approval??? God help me...)

09/03 EAD arrived in the mail!! ufa!

10/03 Sent letter to renew prima facie and inquire about vawa status.

10/05 I360 touched- changed to "Request for evidence review" (WTH????)

11/27 Recieved prima facie extension

ohh wow congratulations!!!!! inpeace finally finally the journey is over there is no more wating for anyhting.i am soo happy for you. i sent in the renewal for my prima facie 02/06/12 still waiting for a response and aproval. go ahead and celebrate you deserve every minute of it. as always like i would say dont forget abt us here lol.go get a vacation, see family and relaxxxx lol
