Hi everyone, hope you all had a good weekend. I met with my lawyer today. He is charging me 2000 to get info pass at the local office to have them request my file from VSC, and to have them update my pending I485 and reschdule me for another interview date. Where should I get this money from? These attorney themselves are abusers... so, I am in waiting again until Thursday when he meets with the IO at the local office. Hope it will be good news. Anyone, do you have any good news to share, any approvals???

I received the I360 approval form and a supplemental deferred action notice in mail this weekend. Here is the content of the approval form:

The above petition has been approved.

You will be notified separately when a decision is reached on your pending adjustment of status application.

Please read the back of this form carefully for more information.

Thanks. It looks like you have applied 485 together with 360. But I am waiting/hoping my old 485 submitted with spouse's 130 could be linked and processed. I wonder if this message indicates that they were processing my old 485.

Blessed woman, you shouldn't pay for that! You could have gone do the infopass by yourself... Do you have the i485 pending??

Congrats for your approval. I had the same message. As I said in my previous posts, its almost impossible or take a longer period of time to link your old I-485. It is better to file a new one and request a fee waiver.

Guys I have to confess this VAWA Part 2 comes with lot of blessings. Lot of approvals. Way to go guys. Thank YOU VJ

If your medical is more than 1 year old then u have to do it again.

How long does it take to hear from uscis about the i765? I sent my last week and did even received a reciept yet...

Murid: On the 485 form, there is a question I am not sure how to answer. It is:

Have you ever applied for permanent resident status in the U.S.?

* Yes (If yes give date and place of filing and final disposition.)

* No

Since I have filed a 485 before and went to the interview to tell IO that I am filing a I360, I guess I should say Yes, but what did you put as the date and place as well as the disposition?

I intent to fill in with my old 485's receipt date and my local office's location. I will say pending for the disposition. Could you tell me how did you fill that question on your new form?

I applied only once. I took them 10 days to send the receipt.
