well today ends my 60days wait period, should i contact them or just keep waiting..what do you think guys?

Hmmm....that's tough. My 60 days wait period will end next week. I'm in the same dilemma.....what to do?

Maybe we should wait until first week of March before reaching out to USCIS? Please let me know what you plan on doing and maybe I'll follow your footsteps :)

Feb 18th 2011 - filed I360, I485 and I765

Feb 21st - receipt notice received

Feb 27th - prima facie received

March 18th - letter for biometrics appointment for April 15th

April 15th - biometrics appointment done

May 15th - EAD approved

May 20th - received EAD card

Sept 23rd - RFE received

Dec 14th - RFE response send

Feb 17th 2012 - filed for EAD renewal

Feb 23rd - received an email from USCIS: I360 APPROVED!!!

Feb 23rd - transferred my case to NBC

Feb 24th - receipt notice for EAD renewal

March 7th - RFE issued for EAD

March 13th - RFE response send

March 29th - EAD renewal approved

April 10th - received EAD card

just curious

when was the last time they touched your case?

I haven't gotten any touch .. i sent them my response to RFE in December and haven't heard from them since... and i didn't get RFE till 8months after i filed.

Hi guys remember 60 days can actually mean 90 as in my case at least in my case I was less than a week away from 90 days when I got approved.

So maybe we should just wait it out huh

Hi everyone i got renewal of prima facia extension but i dont know if i should switch lawyer to speed up process since i had to do the renewal she didnt care to renew it and im kinda worried about this or just wait til I hear something from USCIS any comments are apreciated keep praying for every one this wait is hard

i guess the Prima Facie is pretty useless so maybe that's why the lawyer wasn't to much interested to renew it ... i wouldn't change lawyers because of that

well is not because of that i heard that she left a case for a person that was in immigration court and another case where she was supposed to get visas for 2 kids that where kidnaped by the father and she never submited the application so im starting to worry a lil

Yes, please do. And maybe as Dee suggested, we can give USCIS 30 more days and then try reaching out to them in mid-March.....ahhh this waiting sucks....big time.

but I think you should wait a little bit lets say 30 days more...

...

Don't put too much pressure on USCIS. thats not a great ideal
