Dee, congrats on your interview.After checking my case status online,i was waiting for my attorney to get back to me so i can see whether it was a card that was sent or not.She said to come in as soon as i can.So i went there & she said they had to return everything back unopened b/c the case was not processed properly.After all the calls i made & all the inquiries she made, someone @ the USCIS office actually looked at my case and found out the mistake was from VSC-she said she just kept on faxing in info.VSC upon receiving my paperwork actually separated it & tot it was just an AOS application in the wrong office(damn d devil who did this)& forwarded it to NBC/MSC who then issued a receipt # & processed it independently of VSC.After they scheduled me 4 interview,they caught the mistake & actually asked my attorney to send back all mails received 4m NBC including all mails that have been sent out this Jan unopened so it can be sent to VSC w/o losing any of my paperwork.They said VSC has already been notified & they are working on the case as quickly as possible-they said VSC will issue a new # for me & they were very sorry for this(i hope they compensate me with speedy processing this time as well).Now when i check d old # again instead of card production,it shows case transferred TO VSC.I tot it was going to take very long again, so i was just stressed out all thru last week.VSC sent new EAC# & biometrics letter out which was received on the 26th by attorney.I picked it up on d 1st feb cos i had biometrics apptment 4 feb 8th.So finally my biometrics was actually done today d 8th w/o problem.Receieved a mail that EAD was mailed out on d 6th & delivered 2day,so waiting for attorney to call me to come pick it up.Both I-485 & I-765 were touched today.

Like u guys said, my case is on another level, it has gone all over but is back in VSC.So, sometimes when ur mind tells u to inquire about something,pls do because it helps.USCIS is not above mistakes, they make alot of it.This proves they do.

At least, i feel alot better now that they are now working on my case appropriately.I pray they finish the whole thing soon so i can breath a sigh of relief & move on with my life.

After checking with my lawyer-new EAC # was actually issued Jan 5th after they were notified by MSC & case processing resumed on d 19th jan after they received my complete file,notices sent out on d 25th,received on d 26th but i actually picked it up on d 1st feb.

I'm tired & exhausted with this whole thing.My WILL is d only thing that keeps me going.

I'll update my signature per d new status updates.

a bit complicated in the begining but at least you know things are on the right track and they seem to be working on your case promptly afet the mistakes were rectified.hope everthing continues to go smooth as it seems to be going now.God bless

Oh hon my heart aches for you I would end up in the nut house if that was me you are very strong my friend I pray you get some news pretty soon.

Be strong you will get your heart desire in the end just believe and have faith

Talk about mistake I have a family member that receive RFE for affidavit of support last week she hasn't respond yet and last night she received interview date and she hasn't responded to her RFE as yet so there you go any way I wish you the best my friend keep us posted again have faith !!!!!!

well today ends my 60days wait period, should i contact them or just keep waiting..what do you think guys?

Dee, i know but i thank God that i did not get d news of missing documents this time.My attorney called to come pick up the EAD which i'll pick up tomorrow.

Loveme, they told me 60days too,then when it was 60days they changed my status update to response to RFE review in Oct & said a decision will be made in another 60days-its been more than 2 different 60days but no decision yet.I'm praying to get a decision any moment since they received my other file & have probably merged the case together-that might also make them look at the I-360.I'll give them till March b/4 i bother my attorney again since so much have been going on with my case & let me give them time to cool down.It will be 1yr in April.

Just be patient,God will see us thru.

the good thing about your case is.

you have a lawyer, that makes it more manageable.

just keep following up with her and USCIS and dont forget
