So my lawyer said that I might need to do finger prints again.... I don't get it?? Did anybody went through this? My last biometric was in August 2010. I did renew my wad twice already.

i have heard that biometrics just like medicals have timelines or an expiration but hopefully you dont have to go through this.all the best with your interveiw evrything will be just fine. we will all be here to hear how it goes on monday and wat questions they ask. good luck my friend.

One quick question .....I don't have a i94 for my son when we went for aos interview back in 2005 the io took it and wrote pending in his passport the lawyer said not to worry as long as the stamp is in the passport...what do you guys think...I know they usually take it after the interview ......

they took mine too at my first interveiw but my lawyer said it fine i shouldnt worry. good luck wth everything

Feb 18th 2011 - filed I360, I485 and I765

Feb 21st - receipt notice received

Feb 27th - prima facie received

March 18th - letter for biometrics appointment for April 15th

April 15th - biometrics appointment done

May 15th - EAD approved

May 20th - received EAD card

Sept 23rd - RFE received

Dec 14th - RFE response send

Feb 17th 2012 - filed for EAD renewal

Feb 23rd - received an email from USCIS: I360 APPROVED!!!

Feb 23rd - transferred my case to NBC

Feb 24th - receipt notice for EAD renewal

March 7th - RFE issued for EAD

March 13th - RFE response send

March 29th - EAD renewal approved

April 10th - received EAD card

Yes loveme, we both are in this together. Feb will make 60 days for me as well. Hope we find out some good news in this new month!!! I have both of us in my prayers.....

be patient, you will have news soon, i got my aproval after 5 monthsfor the date of submit my rfe

august 2010 - filed I-360, I-485, I-765

september 2010 - received prima facie

september 2010 -received work authorization without fingerprints

june 2011 - renewal prima facie

june 2011 - got RFE in the mail

july 2011 - applied for renewal I-765

august 2011 - sent respond to RFE

september 2011 - I765 approval never got it, uscis sent 2 times on wrong address

october 2011 - applied again for replacement work authorization

october 2011 - fingerprints done

november 2011- called uscis for renewal prima facie

november 2011 - got a letter I-765 moved to another office

december 2011 - called uscis regarding my prima facie, sent it to wrong address

december 23rd 2011 - got first transfer notice I-485 to NBC

january 11th 2012 - rceived the approval I-360...soo happy

january 17th 2012 - got second transfer notice email I-485 to local office

february 21th 2012 -i called uscis regarding my pending I 765, i did also service request

february 27th 2012 - got an email that they ask me for RFE in my case for I-765...omg

MARCH 1TH - gor the RFE about my I765, they ask me for 2 photos even i did my AOS 2 months ago

march 29 2012 - i got my inerview notice for april 11 and biometrics on april 6 ...soo happy

APRIL 11 2012 --- I485 APPROVED....YEEEEEEEE

Hey guys, they said my card has been delivered to the address on file, so i'm waiting for my attorney to call so i can know if it is actually a Green card that they sent.My mind has been racing since the day that this card was approved without my presence @ the interview.What do u guys think i should do about the VAWA,i submitted both forms 2gether but only the AOS was processed, my I-360 has not been touched since oct,2011.I don't have d vawa approval letter-the basis 4 d AOS-how did they ever get this thing completed like that?Or is it possible that my attorney received d notice & has not notified me yet-i did asked her a couple of weeks ago & she said I-360 is still pending after inquiring 4m VSC.This whole thing have had me confused even though i'm happy on one part that i'm receiving a green card.I just want to have that letter for my records.When she calls 4 me to come pick d card up, those are the things i really want to know.

Liveurlife hon your case is on another road but God is in control maybe the approval notice is lost in translation who knows as long as it's your GC that's all that matters .By the way did you file a previous AOS b4 .anyway keep us posted.

11/04 I485 touched (still on initial review)

11/21 officer called lawyer about the I485 (btw: really nice IO)

12/10 apply for VAWA, without background check

12/11 lawyer drop off a copy of I360 for the IO

12/15 Prima faice received

12/18 sent background check, also sent a letter to IO asking to expedite the I485 to vermont to be linked with I360

12/31 I360 touched

08/04 Apply for EAD renew

08/18 receive NOA

08/26 new card ordered

08/31 new card ordered (again??)

09/01 notice of approval of I765... (where is my VAWA approval??? God help me...)

09/03 EAD arrived in the mail!! ufa!

10/03 Sent letter to renew prima facie and inquire about vawa status.

so my friends from visajourney,

today was the final step in this crazy and long journey called VAWA...

The interview was super fast, she asked for my passport & I 69,, when did i come in last time, if I was still married, have u ever been arrested, are u a terrorist bla bla...

did not ask for any proof of income, only where do I work...

Unfortunally my fingerprints were expired, she gave me a letter to do my biometrics again and arranged for me to do it today. The officer told me that should take 3 weeks for my card to arrive... :dance::dance:
