Hi guys!!!! I am anxiously awaiting my interview on Wednesday. I am a liitle nervous but very hopeful nevertheless. I have been reading all the comments from regular and new posters here and I know that some of you are very frustrated. I know that everybody's situation is different but please keep up with your prayers especially.I got approved on December 27th (didn't get the approval letter until Jan 9th though). I was also very anxious about getting my interview letter, but I kept myself busy that I almost forgot about it lol. It eventually came on April 14th with a May 30th date. I understand that the waiting is very hard ( we have all been there )but your day will come!!! I have all of you guys in my prayers. BLESS.

Good luck on your interview Wed it's really easy I swear I didnt spend ten min in mine if everything in life was that easy the world would be a better place. And to everyone waiting on approvals if you look back most of the approvals came after a year of waiting. As for interviews I think it takes a while longer if you file AOS after your VAWA was approved it takes about the same time a regular AOS takes today which is 3-4 months. You should check out the AOS categories and you would have a better understanding .

Thank you for sharing your timelines. It helps to understand that USCIS is taking almost 3-4 months to issue interview dates. I guess I need to wait for a couple more months for my interview date.

Feb 21st - receipt notice received

Feb 27th - prima facie received

March 18th - letter for biometrics appointment for April 15th

April 15th - biometrics appointment done

May 15th - EAD approved

May 20th - received EAD card

Sept 23rd - RFE received

Dec 14th - RFE response send

Feb 17th 2012 - filed for EAD renewal

Feb 23rd - received an email from USCIS: I360 APPROVED!!!

Feb 23rd - transferred my case to NBC

Feb 24th - receipt notice for EAD renewal

March 7th - RFE issued for EAD

March 13th - RFE response send

March 29th - EAD renewal approved

April 10th - received EAD card

I'm back! I was in hospital for over two months. But now I'm back on site! :)

I applied end of April 2011 and still nothing! WAITING and it's killing me! As soon I hear something I will let you guys know! :yes:

MacBook did u get ur prima facie? I applied in march 2011 not even a prima facie yet... Good to hear u..

Wow You should have atleast gotten that. But i know of cases where ppl did not get Prima Facie and they still got their approvals

2 infopass and many many phone calls on 05/07/12 finally got RFE good moral Caracter sent it and received on 05/18/12 respond review RFE so now I am waiting 60 days .., God Please Help us all
