stillalive and hopeful thanks for your answers. Did you file by yourselves or with a lawyer. Can i file by myself? How complicate is the paper work and the whole ordeal?

Mercifulsoul.....I had a lawyer. But it is not that complicated. You can do it yourself as well. I just wanted to avoid getting involved in this process as everytime I had to face the process I was remembering all the torture I had to go through and it was very painful. So having a lawyer helped on that front. Also, my ex-husband was not cooperative so it was easy for a lawyer to talk to him......I thought I had gone through enough and I didnt want to face any further torture in this process.....so I guess I paid the price to have some peace of mind....

Feb 18th 2011 - filed I360, I485 and I765

Feb 21st - receipt notice received

Feb 27th - prima facie received

March 18th - letter for biometrics appointment for April 15th

April 15th - biometrics appointment done

May 15th - EAD approved

May 20th - received EAD card

Sept 23rd - RFE received

Dec 14th - RFE response send

Feb 17th 2012 - filed for EAD renewal

Feb 23rd - received an email from USCIS: I360 APPROVED!!!

Feb 23rd - transferred my case to NBC

Feb 24th - receipt notice for EAD renewal

March 7th - RFE issued for EAD

March 13th - RFE response send

March 29th - EAD renewal approved

April 10th - received EAD card

september 2010 -received work authorization without fingerprints

june 2011 - renewal prima facie

june 2011 - got RFE in the mail

july 2011 - applied for renewal I-765

august 2011 - sent respond to RFE

september 2011 - I765 approval never got it, uscis sent 2 times on wrong address

october 2011 - applied again for replacement work authorization

october 2011 - fingerprints done

november 2011- called uscis for renewal prima facie

november 2011 - got a letter I-765 moved to another office

december 2011 - called uscis regarding my prima facie, sent it to wrong address

december 23rd 2011 - got first transfer notice I-485 to NBC

january 11th 2012 - rceived the approval I-360...soo happy

january 17th 2012 - got second transfer notice email I-485 to local office

february 21th 2012 -i called uscis regarding my pending I 765, i did also service request

february 27th 2012 - got an email that they ask me for RFE in my case for I-765...omg

MARCH 1TH - gor the RFE about my I765, they ask me for 2 photos even i did my AOS 2 months ago

march 29 2012 - i got my inerview notice for april 11 and biometrics on april 6 ...soo happy

Hi everyone I have a problem is it too late to change my mailing address from my attorney's to mine been as I have an interview schedule for early Feb. Please I need help urgent attorney charge me $8500 ,$3500 to file i360 $3000 for my I485 and $2000 for my son now that it's almost over they tell me I owe over $4000 when I know it's only $1500...thanks in advance

i tied to change my address, but i got a letter from uscis saying that i cannot change my address, you need to send a letter to uscis and explain your action, but they need to give you that notice because is yours, is illegal to keep a notice from goverment plus it is your decission that you dont need them anymore, plus uscis always sent to notices one with your name and one for them, i need to give you that notice

hey DEE you dont have the receipt payment or if you paid with check, you did not track your payments, even in this case they cannot keep the notice, if you ask for , they have to give, is illegal, the only thing they can do is to report you to a collection agency and try to get the money from you

What they are trying to do is bill me twice for AOS and charge me separated for EAD cards so what they are telling me is 3000 for paper work for me and 2000 for my self I swear I'm gonna take them to the bar association... That's so unfair.
