Hi, all.

I just got my interview notice today and it is scheduled on July 25th. I will be in out of US with my husband to see his grandma. We have booked the ticket and it is really costly to change the plan. I was hoping to reschedule the interview date. Any body could give me some advice?

Thanks to all!

Thank you, Anh. I have call the office and the stuff told me that it will take 30 days to confirm my rescheduling. It is only 33 days away from my interview. ;et me cross my finger and hope that they will make the confirmation sooner so that I can travel.

Hi!!

My interview was on june 16 and my husband booked his expensive flight to Israel on march for june 15 so,as you can see we missed only for one day ..I asked for advice in the end we reschedule his flight and we went for the interview on the day uscis set up for us. my aos was approved.

My advice would be just go to the interview and reschedule your flight, I know reschedule a flight is expensive but if you reschedule your interview your process might take longer..

good luck whatever you and your husband decide.

Thank you very much for your reply, lady26. I did place a reschedule request this morning and I do not believe it will work out. So we will prepare to go to the interview.
