I dont want to jump the gun and I had to call to check if its true. The miraculous happened today with 1 of my 3 cases. If its so...to God be the glory!

Could be computer glitch or simply good news...they told me to wait on friday and then see. :dance:

Case #1: CR1 & CR2-Hubby & Kids
6/6/11...Priority Date
7/2011...NOA2 ~44 days
8/5/2011...NVC & IIN # Received
9/12/11... CR1 & Cr2 cases completed. ~37 days
11/4/11... CR1 & CR2 Interview APPROVED!!!
11/2011... POE

I am a June filer too. Miss my Hubby and kids (who are in the US)terribly :-( I am really on the ball with getting this all done...seems I am constantly 'nagging' my husband to do this or that..as USCIS won't speak to me...grrrrr

July 2010 - Hubby and our children moved back to USA (for work etc)

Nov 2010 - Visited for 3 weeks (it hurts like mad to be away from them)

June 2011 - visited for 4 weeks

26th June 2011 -I-130 Express Mail to Chicago

28th June 2011- I-130 Chicago signed for package

12th July - Returned to UK..

29th June 2011 - USCIS informed me Noa1 mailed on 29th June

2nd July 2011 - Touched

8th August 2011 - Expedite approved

12th August 2011 - Touched

12th August 2011 - The dreaded RFE!

9th September 2011 - RFE received by CSC - being reviewed!

13th September 2011 - USCIS approved

19th September 2011 - NVC received file.

4th October 2011 - NVC # assigned, emailed dob amendment email (amended now), emailed DS-3032, Logged into payment portal (not invoiced), booked medical - 20th October

5th October 2011 - Emailed expedite

6th October 2011 - 2 emails from NVC (expedite and ds-3032 responses)

- SIF at payment portal.

7th October 2011 - expedite approved

12th October 2011 - case left NVC (nice birthday present!)

13th October 2001 - case arrived in UK

20th October 2011 - Medical - passed

24th October 2011 - DS-230 & DS-2001 received by Embassy

3rd November 2011 - interview - approved

4th November 2011 - text message from courier, saying they are delivering on Monday

7th November 2011 - Visa received

10th November 2011 - POE - LA

6-18-11: Sent I-130s for Wife and Step-child

6-24-11: Received NOA1 via text & emails, file routed to CSC (Priority date 6-22-11)

6-27-11: File touched by USCIS (last update in their site)

6-27-11: Received NOA1 in mail

9-15-11: Received approval email notice

9-19-11: NVC Received my cases & got NOA2 hard copy.

10-7-11: Got case numbers from NVC

10-12-11: Got IIN and paid AOS Bill for wife's case

10-14-11: Sent AOS & Paid IV Bill for wife's case

10-19-11: Sent IV packet for wife & AOS for step-son's.

10-21-11: Paid IV Bill & Sent IV packet for step-son's.

10-26-11: Got RFE for Italian records.

11-21-11: Sent Italian records to NVC (took almost a month!!)

12-5-11: Case completed with NVC

12-28-11: Got interview date (2-3-11)

2-3-11: Interview at Bogota (APPROVED!!)

2-14-11: POE - Miami International Airport

3-19-11: Received Welcome letter

...Waiting for Green Card & SSN

Each application maybe different- military, expedited, you just dont know. So sometimes some may get notified than the other. I hav enow learned to treat each app differently cause you just never know.
