Approved!!!!!!! 135 Days. I just received my text alerts and was approved today. I am so excited. I hope you are approved today too. I will continue keeping you in my prayers and thank you for all your support.

Like many have mentioned, when you least expect it, the approval arrives. Off to the next step.

NOA1: June 22, 2011

NOA2: November 4, 2011

I'm happy for u Pocho!!! I hope I will have good news soon :huh:

2011-06-22 : I-130 Sent

2011-06-24 : I-130 NOA1

2011-11-21 : I-130 Approved

43 days to received the mail from NVC

35 days to completed with the NVC

2012-01-04 : Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill

2012-01-04 : Pay I-864 Bill

2012-01-25 : Returned Packet3

2012-02-02 : Asked for REF

2012-02-06 : REF was sent by Fedex

2012-02-10 : Case completed and Interview date was issued !! really fast

2012-02-24 : Medical exam! Passed!

2012-03-21 : Interview date

2012-03-28 : GOT VISA!!!!!

I will go to the US, see my HUBBY around June 2012 YEY!!

Thank you all for the well wishes. I wish well on your journey too. This has been a good website for support. I know it's very difficult not knowing where in the visa process your application is and the inability even to bring your spouse on a "tourist" visa to come see you.

I will continue to pray for a swift approval for all of the June filers.

i keep trying to update my timeline but it won't let me! Stupid thing does this to me frequently. Has anybody else applied with kids and got them approved seperately? How long did it take to get the others through?

i applied with my princess, 5 years old and still no approval for her and me. :angry: we have the same priority date july 29, 2011.

NOA2 today, finally! I think this is 141 days if correct. OMG, my wife cried she is so happy, and me too!

I did not receive any text message or email. I received 2 copies of the same approval letter in 2 different letters on the same day. Not sure why...

Just to clarify, my NOA1 date was June 21, 2011. My NOA2 was November 9, 2011. I think this is 141 days. CSC is apparently slow right now. If you have your petitition at CSC, don't panic too soon, looks like they are taking almost the entire 5 month estimated time

Don't worry. I see your petition is at CSC also. They are soooo slow. Your NOA1 date is 3 days after mine, so you will get approval very soon! I just got my approval notice in the mail on Saturday, Nov 12, so it seems it takes about 3 days to get the letter.
