Another beautiful day. Plans, anyone ?

Rain's been threatening all morning. My plantar fasciitis is acting up but I'll just hit the bike and try not to think about it. I hope you have a wonderful time when you go see the kid today. good.gifgood.gifgood.gif

It was boring. I ended up cleaning and applying conditioner to Emmitt's hoofs and grooming him for something to do to pass the time.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

It was boring. I ended up cleaning and applying conditioner to Emmitt's hoofs and grooming him for something to do to pass the time.

I'm going to post some pics from the trip when my friend uploads them. My camera was lost on a very drunk night.

Nagi - how are you feeling? Did the survey recovery go well?

I can't sleep because of the stupid SI joint so I'm catching up on all the vj fun I missed.

The surgery...I had complications from hell. I lost some feeling in my chin and neck and my voice is not what it used to be but at least I can talk.

5 - the massage helped and my physical therapist friend showed me some more stretches to do. I'm still in some pain but I can at least get up and down now without wanting to cry.

That's great news. good.gifgood.gifgood.gif There really isn't much, aside from injections that can really help an si injury. Stretching and rest with a bit of message is all you can do. I know someone who will stretch more during a long flight. yes.gifyes.gifyes.gif
