Hi Amby. I would start with an oral anti-inflammatory of some sort. Light stretching, exercise and a bit of movement can help. Lie on your back, sit-up position with shins at 45 degrees of the ground. Put one or two fists in between your legs (medially to the thighs) and try to crush your hand(s) with your legs for a few seconds. Then put your hands on the outside (lateral) of the thighs and resist your legs trying to abduct. Do this for 5 seconds of so. Do the standard leg cross over stretch, i.e. one leg stays straight and the other leg is brought up at 45 degrees and you stretch it across the other leg while keeping your back an straight leg flat on the ground. Those should help.

Well dammit. I did all of that already. I'm going to the chiropractor Monday before I head out again. I thought you may know more than me in the injury dept. You failed me :P

Then it is hardly a surprise that I failed you, it's the story of my life. yes.gifyes.gifyes.gif Si dysfunction can can caused by many things, you could always be preggers.whistling.gif I assume that you don't have anyone around who can help with with deep tissue massage or pnp stretching (the Texas Twist and Kirksville Crunch are totally out of the question) so rest and mild stretching is the best one person can do.

I'm getting a massage tomorrow.

That's going to help. Did you change shoes or have you been overworking your legs? Have you been stretching regularly? This might help to explain a sudden onset of symptoms.
