approved I-360 but VSC wants file back

my i 360 was approved , i filled for an i 485 and at the interview with the aos at my local uscis office,the aso officer told me that the department at vermont center who has approved my application request to send them back my file.

please help ,what does that mean?

i m very worry.

nov 2009 i 360 approved

april 2011 i 485 interview based on approved i 360

june 2011 i 485 pending (file sent to vermont center)

It apparently means what they said. VSC asked for your file to be returned. It may be minor - they may have forgotten to do something with your I-360. It may be serious - they may have some new information, and may be intending to review your case. If the new information results in them deciding to revoke the approval of the I-360 then you'll receive a Notice Of Intent to Deny. There's not much you can do other than wait and see what happens.

i received an intend to revoke my i 360 on 08/2012 my lawyer reply with additional evidences i provided.Today,i just received an email stating that my file review is completed and i will receive the decision in the mail within 14 days .i m so worried ;i can't even sleep any more.

Any idea about what is going to happen?
