Not sure if I wrote about this previously, but here goes. Kwame had to go back on June 17 to get his visa, they told him to come at 7am, which he did and he didn't leave until 1pm when they closed. He didn't get the visa, they told him to come back Monday, June 20 at 3pm. He said there had to be over 100 people in that room waiting for their visa. One person said this was her 4th time coming and she lives in Kumasi; although I have no idea what type of visa she was getting.

Kwame and I decided to buy his ticket even though we didn't have his visa, mostly because he would have to leave the country within 3 weeks because of his medicals expiring.

He went today, 20th at 3pm and he got the visa! So the gamble paid off.

He is taking Delta out on Friday to ATL and then to my home. I am hoping all goes well in ATL. I have seen reviews and they all say it doesn't take very long; he has a 4 hour layover.

I will post what his experience is going through ATL once he is here.

Congratulations!!! Let me be a little selfish for a minute. Our case closed at the NVC a year after your case, so, if things continue as they have been my husband may be hearing about his interview early 2012. That's all I got to hold onto so I am holding on to it. Again - congratulations!!

Staying strong and patient in love and faith!
