Well, I deserve the shot. It's happened twice now. I thought I resolved it the first time. Happens one more time and my VJ playtime will be discontinued.

The last time was funny though. It started WW3 on that...holocaust vs commie thread. This thread is becoming another VJ classic imo. tbh the gladiator thing was like way boring. This is way more fun.

Well, I wasn't laughing and the perp wasn't laughing when the punishment was dolled out.

It played out like an episode of "Law and Order". ultimately ended in a (unanimous) guilty verdict, a judgement of conviction rendered and no right of appeal. Sentencing was not suspended. In fact, having violated the prior suspended sentence, The punishment was..,let's say.., considered very unpleasant.

Where it occurred is irrelevant to the point. I was under the impression that moderation team is supposed to uphold the same TOS agreement.

So I ask - is it acceptable to make sexist comments on these boards? It's not a trick question.

You speak for you, as a moderator yourself, given that this is an issue that could (and surely has) crop up in your area of responsibility. A question about the TOS should be a no brainer, seriously.
