Just to update....our interview went very well, we were out by 11am and final result......APPROVED!!!!!!!! :dance:

She kept his passport and said he may get it back in 1-2 weeks!!! YAY!!

Can't begin to describe the feeling of relief and elation we are still feeling...I will provide interview details later, am at work now :innocent:

Thanks to everyone for their help, support and encouragement and best wishes to all still waiting.

Congrats!!!! Thank you for the update.

Then I would suggest just calling the NVC...since it is easy to get a hold of a representative it is best if you call them And talk directly.

GOOD LUCK on the interview!!

THX dear for the warm wishes . my wife said the interview was very easy the lady was nice same regular question how do u know him , when was last time u met , if im still working in the same job , where do i live , my wife said it took less than 10 minutes and then lady asked her if all the info in the application is correct and asked her to sign and told her u r approved and u will recieve ur passport in 1 week .

Wow, I don't feel as bad now that I see people who's case was completed in June but yet didn;t get their interview til December :S :o What was going on--was the embassy really that backed up because of the Jan 25 protests? Has it been closed recently because of the recent turmoil? Anyways, good LUCK to everybody!

Atogetherforever13, I can't remember what day I sent my i-130.....it's been a while, I think itm ight have been March 2?

There has not been any closing at the embassy since April. Staff did come into work a few hours late one day and closed early the next day due to the election protests.

You can put in the same date as your noa1. Just so we can see the total days when we look on the portal.

no one from November has reported getting their visa yet. Sorry. But, you are a woman so yours hopefully will be here within 4 more days. It has only been 4 days since your interview--I think. I hope you make time to edit your timeline soon.
