Dear vj's

Thanks for all your help. My question is as follow to VJ my k1 visa petition is ready and I have all the documents. I am just scared to send the petition by my self. Can i hire a attorney or what should I do. Please give me some suggestions please.

Do you have any major red flags ???

Read the Guides you can do this on your own, :thumbs:

don't need a lawyer unless you have something that raises red flags :bonk:

most can do it on their own with the help from here :thumbs:

I advise you not to hire any attorney at this stage. The instruction for I-129f is very detail and self-explanatory.

[i agree at this point an attorney is not necessary. YOu may find later you need one. I would wait until you know you are in need. You can consult now with one for small fee and ask him about immigration particular to India.
