NVC has no record of my case!!

It's been 20 days after my NOA2, and NVC has no record of my case yet! I have spoken with 3 different customer service representative but they dont have any information about our case! Is this normal????!!

12/30/2010: Married

02/02/2011: I-130 Sent

02/03/2011: USPS delivery confirmation

02/08/2011: NOA1 (text message + email)

02/09/2011: Touched

05/31/2011: NOA2 text and email

06/20/2011: NVC finally received our case!!

06/24/2011: Assigned case and INN number

06/24/2011: Received AOS Bill/Instructions, and DS3032

06/26/2011: Sent Choice of Agent form via email

06/27/2011: Paid I-864 bill

06/30/2011: Mailed I-864 packet

07/01/2011: DS-3032 was accepted

07/05/2011: Received Packet IV

07/06/2011: Paid IV bill

09/10/2011: Mailed IV packet

09/15/2011: Got a checklist! :(

09/19/2011: Sent completed checklist

09/22/2011: Case complete!!!!

09/29/2011: Received Packet 4, Assigned interview date

09/30/2011: Case forwarded to foreign consulate

U.S. Consulate in Asunción, Paraguay

10-03-2011: Medical Exam

10-12-2011: Medical Results picked up

11-01-2011: Interview at 2:30PM. APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!

11-02-2011: VISA picked up

11-10-2011: POE: Washington DC

Yes very normal. Don't worry they will have it...I called every day it seemed like forever...and then one day the AVR started spitting out numbers it scared me i hung up lol so i called right back.

Just give it some more time they will update it and it won't be long. Once they do immediately call back and give them your email addresses so you can do most of it thru email!!!

04/18/2013 USCIS received case for review

08/19/2013 Received NOIR to respond by 9/18/2013

9/9/2013 Responded to NOIR/USCIS received documents awaiting response

9/20/2013 USCIS reaffirmed sent to embassy

1/04/14 Case opened for review

8/31/15 Interview- no questions visa approved on the spot

9/8/15 visa status issued

9/10/15 visa received

9/19/15 POE Charlotte

Actually mine left for trip to NVC on 11th of Feb and i finally got scheduled this June for the interview in July. And I heard nothing. Not till the lawyer sent me email for appointment.

It's been 20 days after my NOA2, and NVC has no record of my case yet! I have spoken with 3 different customer service representative but they dont have any information about our case! Is this normal????!!

Thanks!!! I just spoke with another operator this morning and she told me to send a copy of my NOA2 so they can research it and see if they can find my case number. I really hope I have some news this week!! :)
