Just wanna make sure I don't screw anything up. Is this the correct address to include on the letter of intent for CSC even if I plan on sending the petition overnight with FedEx to the other address given on the USCIS?

That's the address on I-129f and that's where the petition has to be sent if you live in Arizona, California, Guam, Hawaii or Nevada. The letter of intent should go with the I-129f, G325As and the other documents you must provide USCIS with.
