Howdy fellow VJ members,

I just wanted to give some hope to those of us who have been waiting for the IMBRA RFE from June.

Our NOA1 was June 17th. We had no touches updates or anything until today. After 3 months we finally got our update. One touch and the email for RFE. Not positive its IBMRA RFE yet, but we used the old form so I'm pretty sure that's what its going to be.

I hope everyone else who has been waiting with no touches and the old forms gets there RFE soon! Here's to Quick processing to everyone stuck in CSC Limbo!

09-11-2006 - No Touches 3 Months

09-11-2006 - Touch #1

09-12-2006 - Touch #2

09-18-2006 - RFE IBMRA recieved, Sent off in the morning.

09-25-2006 - RFE Recieved by CSC, case updated.

09-28-2006 - NOA2 APPROVED!

Jan 10, 2007 - Returned Packet #3 to Consulate (SEDEX-10)

Mar 13, 2007 - INTERVIEW SUCCESS! We have our K-1 VISA !!

POE & Texas Wedding

Mar 27, 2007 - POE Houston, TX. No questions. Gone in 10 minutes.

Mar 28, 2007 - Marriage License app

April 4, 2007 - Our Wedding Day!

April 12, 2007 - Apply for SS card with married name

April 20, 2007 - Received SS card

AOS

June 4, 2007 - Mailed AOS

June 6, 2007 - USCIS received

June 11, 2007 - NOA1 for I-485

July 18, 2007 - Biometrics completed

July 20, 2007 - Case transferred from MSC to CSC

July 31, 2007 - AOS Approved - 57 days - Without an Interview!

Aug 06, 2007 - Received Green Card in the mail today!

Jan 8, 2009 @ 8:18PM - Our son was born tonight !!

I-751 - Remove Conditions

July 11, 2009 - Certified Mail to VSC I-751 Package

July 14, 2009 - Check cleared bank

July 20, 2009 - NOA1 & 1 yr extension - Receipt date is July 14. Case# assigned

Sept 1, 2009 - Biometrics completed

Nov 25, 2009 - I-751 is approved. No Interview.

Dec 14, 2009 - 10yr Green Card arrived !

I just logged in to USCIS...still nothing regarding my IMBRA RFE... sigh :(

ok so i'm not very computer literate so i'm using my baby's account but we checked again the next day (12th) and they sent our RFE yay! hope everyone starts seeing some movement in theirs too :)

YAY!! I finally got a touch today tooo!! I think they must have picked up a new stack out of the warehouse with the June NOA1s!! Im sure you all (Steven, Hang in there!) will get updates soon!

March 2003: Met Francisco, start dating.

Sept 2004: Moved to Nicaragua.

May 22, 2006: Sent paperwork to NSC.

June 23, 2006:NOA 1- Day 1!

June 28, 2006: Touched- Day 5!

September 13, 2006: Touch!!!!!- Day 83

September 19, 2006: Notified by email of RFE- Day 89

September 20, 2006: Touch-Day 90

September 26, 2006: Sent RFE in 3 day mail from Nicaragua- day 96

January 8, 2007: Interview in Managua. Visa approved!

January 17, 2007: Fly to USA! Brought fiance and Belgium Shephard home to MI!

February 17, 2007: Wedding!

March 28, 2007: NOA 1
