urgent help!! with greencard interview under vawa approved

Hello there,

I need urgent help on greencard interview in next 3 weeks.

My I-360 was approved last month. I have a girl (4yrs) with my husband. I seperated from him almost 3 years and spent 2 years after that battled for child custody. I granted sole custody of my child and has been single parent since I seperated from him.

I filed for divorce last year and it has not been final yet.now I'm living with my new boyfriend. Is it fraud for greencard interview if I live with new boyfriend and he is currently support me financially? What kind of personal questions will they ask like - where do I live? job related questions.

My husband doesn't pay anything include child support that court order. I, and my girl was on foodstamp for a while but now we stop because my boyfriend take care of us. we don't plan to get marry soon.

please help???

why do you think it is fraud? did you know this boyfriend before you married your soon to be x-husband?

pa2006 USCIS won't consider fraud because you are living with your boyfriend,but you had to prove your previous married was genuine, that's all.Take with you proof you lived with him and had a bonafide marriage.
