Hi Everyone,

My husband and I just sent his AOS and EAD paperwork to the Chicago lockbox. (He came to the US on a K-1). I know the package arrived from checking with USPS, but how can we check the progress of the paperwork? Is it through the same USCIS website that we used during the first round of soliciting the K-1? If so, what case # do we use now to check? Is it the same as the one we used back when I was petitioning for him to be able to apply?

Thanks in advance for your expertise!

Mari

Exact same USCIS account just add the new case numbers from the NOA1 and watch the progress the same way as the I-129F.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Yes you can use the Website but not the same case number. Wait for your email notification or NOA in the mail to get your case #s, it will one for each application. If you created an account to check for updates, simply add the new case numbers to your portfolio and track the advance. Be patient if you haven't received a notification, it's taking a little more than usual these days.
