need help on question 11 i-129f

Question 11 asks " have you ever filled for this or any other alien fiance or husband/wife before? if yes,give names of all aliens, place and date of filing,A# and result"

I know the the name,

(1) then it asks for place and date, do I put the address were I lived at, at the time of filling?

(2) what is A# ?

(3) result ?

then it says to attach additional sheet explaining what?

last time I filed for i-129f was October 2006 and was approved, but I discontinued the petition because things did not work out between us

I am confused

A# is the registration number for it. You could also use the reciept number. A# is something a little different. You need to explain in detail why it did not work out, where it was in the process, and why you cancelled it. nothing wordy, Just a couple of paragraphs.

K-1 Visa Timeline:

02/24/2011 - K-1 packet sent.

09/18/2011 - POE, Viva Las Vegas, Baby !!!!! Home to Phoenix.

07/17/2012 - AOS passed. (Birthday for Mama Rayos)

am still confused

The place is where you sent your previous petition. It is the service address. It could be California, Vermont, Texas, or Nebraska.
