Hello I have some questions about packet 3 do you pay the visa fee and at the Interview or in advance and also do you the need the affidavit of support at the interview or you send it back with packet 3 also?

hi u can pay advance and if u send the AOS to NVC make sure that u have a copy when u go to ur interview

Hello I have some questions about packet 3 do you pay the visa fee and at the Interview or in advance and also do you the need the affidavit of support at the interview or you send it back with packet 3 also?

You fiances will need the completed Affidavit of support along with the packet 3 forms. They will have to present these documents to a consulate officer who will review them. If the papers are acceptable the fiance's next step is to get their medical done by one of the doctors listed. Last but not least they will get assigned an interview date.
