Hello again, VJ. It looks like the G-325A form available on the USCIS website is about to expire on 6/30/2011. That's probably sooner than I can get my husband's signed form from Morocco, as mail typically takes a few weeks from there. Do you think this means we need to wait until July for an updated form to be published?

Just use the existing form. No need to wait or worry. USCIS will accept it.

you can get mail faster from Morocco. Can send thru Chronopost there. they send to Miami and Fed Ex delivers it here. 4 days and you can track it thru the process.

Use the old form it they have not put up new one. Will be accepted.

Just use the existing form. No need to wait or worry. USCIS will accept it.
