Hey all! So I reported last week that I rec'd my approval 04/13 and my son was still pending. I went to my infopass today as instructed by USCIS on the phone... to find it he has been approved! I went for nothing lol..

So happy this part is over! I'm on a roll and will def do citizenship this summer to be done for good

Good luck to everyone else... it appears that we all should be done in the coming days

I know I will mess up the chart if I try to update it. Can you please mark us for approved 4/13

I emailed VSC approx two weeks ago. This is the response I got back:

The Form I-751 is still pending and within our processing times. We are currently working cases from June, 2011, so you may receive a notice within the next 60 days. Thank you for your patience.

For future status inquiries of a petition or application filed at this Center you may want to utilize our National Customer Service Center by calling 1-800-375-5283. If you would like to obtain forms, filing instructions, case status or schedule an appointment with your local office, please visit our website at www.uscis.gov.

This is a funny respond to your email saying that your form I-751 is still pending and within their processing time. Maybe it is but it is not within processing time it suppose to be (which is 6 month).

The funnier part is that VSC has gone backwards from June 20 to May 13. Ridiculous!

My husband has stopped waiting for it. Waiting everyday for the mailman to arrive and going through the mail in anticipation was driving him crazy. Now, he told me to check the mail and just tell him when the approval letter arrives.

There is no more patience left at all, really tired to check my case status every 30 minutes and see no changes.

"if that office is taking longer than our processing goal to handle the form type in question, you will see the filing date (e.g., "April 10, 2003") of the last case we processed on the date the website chart was last updated. The charts are updated on or about the 15th day of each month."

My belief is that, just as the website said, there was a May application that they reviewed on the date it was updated. Hence its really nothing to panic about because as we all know, there are still some (VERY FEW) filers even back in April still waiting....

On my questions how much longer does it gonna take she just answered that processing of I-751 form can take up to one years and currently they are working on the cases of may 13. When i asked that lady why did USCIS go backwards and start processing may again, she just said that sometimes it happens when they have to go back and finish may aplications. So, who knows what are doing and what is really going on over there...

That is extremely frustrating. so basically we have until july for them to fulfill our paperwork.

I filed an infopass appointment to get a stamp in my passport.
