Did you include the copy of the back and front of your GC? How about utility bills under your/husband's name showing the same address?

oh yes!! I included my GC copy from both sides, just forgot to put in the list , thank you! I'll edit my post))

the bills we have are only under my husband's name, so I decided don't add it. Same address on the driver licenses and bank statements

My I-751 rejected. i need to wait till i get the package and resend it again... BS laws. were just 2 days early from 90 days period... grrrrrrrrrr

I don't understand why they can't just hold it. Seems a little ridiculous to me.

Hi guys! I'm planning to send my I-751 this coming July 5th. I completed all the requirements needed. But I don't know what to do next? Should I go to their office and submit all the paper works or send it thru mail?

If mail, should i enclose all proofs that I'm still with my hubby? Where should I mail it if I'm from San Diego, CA?

of If I have to show up in their office, should I schedule an appointment first before going there? Or walk ins are accepted?

PLEASE HELP! My GC will expire at the end of August. :)

Hi! The RoC packet (containing the proofs and docs) should be mailed to CSC (California Service Center) together with the filing fee of $590.

You can send it either via USPS or FedEx.

I'm filing either Friday July 8th or Monday July 11th. My GC expires on August 26th. Cutting it a little too close because of some money issues.

Anyway, here are my docs... let me know what you think.

Copy of Birth Cert of our son.

Trailer title in both our names

Copy of bills (his, mine and our names)

Bank Statements (our names)

MAYBE two affidavits from our close friends

Pictures of the three of us (son, me and hubby)

will these be enough?

Hi! Have you sent yours yet? Don't forget to inlcude a copy of your GC (front and back), copy of you/your husband's DL showing the same address, life/health insurance showing your/husband's name as the beneficiary (if any) and, especially the IRS tax returns, if you haven't.
