Can I ask you again? When is the Receipt Date on your NOA letter? (Not letter received date) You need that date for the list ;)

My I-751 rejected. i need to wait till i get the package and resend it again... BS laws. were just 2 days early from 90 days period... grrrrrrrrrr

we recieve mail today without the package so we called the uscis and found out what happen to attachment paper that been metion in the letter. and they told us to wait for the package and send it back to them.

Hi everyone,

I just joined the forum and this is my maiden post :dance:

I just sent my application last week on July 6th and on the 13th i noticed that $590 was missing from my account. So I probably should receive something in the mail today.

I received my GC in 9/09 and unfortunately divorced early this year, so I am filing with a waiver. I hope i am in the right forum.

Anyway, this is what i sent to the Texas service center.

Lease with both names

Divorce decree

Marriage certificate

copy of GC

Birth certificate, mine and wife (ex)

Car insurance

health insurance

life insurance

Utility bills

shared checking account statements

photos

gym membership

affidavit from friends and family members

7 page letter of our relationship

tax returns for 09 & 10

I am glad there's a community out here experiencing the same thing. I would like to hear if someone else has a complication like mine. It is Nerve wrecking!

I signed up at USCIS website to check my status online and, I want to add my case to my portfolio but, everytime I attempt to add it, I'd always get this "error" message that says; my case doesn't exist.?

Why is that? The receipt number is entered correctly.

I'm confused. :blink::wacko::blush:

Hi everyone,

I just joined the forum and this is my maiden post :dance:

I just sent my application last week on July 6th and on the 13th i noticed that $590 was missing from my account. So I probably should receive something in the mail today.

I received my GC in 9/09 and unfortunately divorced early this year, so I am filing with a waiver. I hope i am in the right forum.

Anyway, this is what i sent to the Texas service center.

Lease with both names

Divorce decree

Marriage certificate

copy of GC

Birth certificate, mine and wife (ex)

Car insurance

health insurance

life insurance

Utility bills

shared checking account statements

photos

gym membership

affidavit from friends and family members

7 page letter of our relationship

tax returns for 09 & 10

I am glad there's a community out here experiencing the same thing. I would like to hear if someone else has a complication like mine. It is Nerve wrecking!
