well. at least the RFE was sent. hopefully you will hear something in a couple of weeks. wouldnt it be nice if they just approved it? ill be rooting for that!

Happyanlove - I'm confused by the list you posted. It says that there are 15 approvals, but I only count 10 on your list with approvals. Also - Pizzadude got an approval letter, just never updated when he got the actual card.

Scratch all that, I was reading the wrong column!

OK so I just updated the Estimated Approval dates on the spreadsheet. CSC increased from 77 days to 109 days - but we are all past those approval dates, so they are DEFINITELY slowing down. VSC your approval rate increased from 177 days to 194 days. That puts y'all at hopefully seeing approvals roll in next week!!! Crossing my fingers for you!!

If that was the case then why not send me a letter saying, "Sorry we f'd up and lost your documents, can you please resend them?"

I hear you. Apparently, these people don't know how to admit their mistakes. Rather than admitting their faults, they will put the blame on us (the applicants) and bomb us with the lame RFEs to cover up their incompetence.

Gosh! Can't wait to finish dealing with them.

I was cruising through the May and June threads... it appears that they are now working on May Vermont filers...nothing in June. So by the looks of it, we are probably two months away...should see an approval end of March. I was viewing people that filed end of May with June/July biometrics, and they are just starting to get Vermont approvals... nothing for June filers yet... based on that, I am prepping myself for end of March.

Which I am totally fine with...as long as it is well before my extension expires. I also need to renew my son's passport and was waiting on that card to renew... his passport expires in July....so so far it seems like I am ok....

I just hope it goes straight to approval and not an RFE or interview. I guess we won't know if we will be getting an RFE or interview until they actually touch our file. I would hate to wait till the end of March and get either one of those... pain in the butt...

Since it has been over 3 months that we received our new card it is easy to forget the people still waiting. I read these posts every day but wanted to take a minute to say everyone will pass this crappy process and be able to put the whole process behind. I know it sucks we all have experienced the emotional roller coaster this procesd puts us through. Being separated from my live for a year the first time tore me up. This last time went by how it was supposed to. But brave heart my friend it will happen for us all. Keep leaning on the support structure here and other lists and know how much we all care and root for everyone of our vj family.

Received congratulations letter today and amazingly today is also our 3 year wedding anniversary.

Very timely in another way too, we are moving from CA to MD on Feb. 18 so just all around good.... and lucky. I need my wife to start playing the lotto, because people often say "you're so lucky" to her. It seems GC comes quite quickly after the letter so I think she'll get her card before we leave and if not I'm going to employ our good neighbor's help to look for it in our box.

I called last week and they said VSC was working on April 4th, but today when I opened my mail box there was a letter from USCIS ,it said Congratulations you application to remove conditions has been approved it came from my local Texas office. I did sign up for text messaging and email yet I never got either,and my status online still shows under review.I wish every one the very best, keeping my fingers cross for each of you good luck and god bless.

It's so great to have these forums I feel less alone in the process!

When they state that for married green card holders with a US citizen it's 3 years to apply for citizenship. Do they mean 3 years from official (court marriage) or 3 years when you received the first green card?
