hi guys,im a july filers too..i sent my packet last july 19th, after two weeks i received a letter(NOA) saying that my conditional resident status is extended for 1 year and also it said that "in order to further process your petition,you will be receiving an application support center (ASC) appointment notice for the biometric "but its been almost 2 mos now & i don't receive any appointment yet...how long usually it takes to have an appointment notice?

I may be late but, as previous posters have suggested, I'd say call them ASAP!

I'd suggest you bug them with your calls until they get tired of it and finally send you the Bio notice.

quick update: completed and early bio on the 7th, the people working there were actually pretty pleasant...

still no updates for our month? that sucks!

we get the keys to the new house today.....guess that means we have to register change of address soon. what is it ten days?

is that ten days from possession or habitation because we wont be moving in for at least another week and half if that due to plumbing and electrics to be fixed plus tenting the dam thing. I think Friday after next might be the first day we move.

I know i can register my change of address online using a form but what about hubby. he was also my sponsor at the beginning. Is it true i have to mail in a separate form for him and cant do it electronically? Also worried about my green card being pending still. I don't know how long we will have access to this address if there is a mess up. I don't trust the current influx of neighbors and the manager is a bit oblivious difficult to get hold of and MIA most of the time.

Im worried even though we will register change of address with the post office and do the forms for uscis as they require that it will end up here after we have given the keys over and it will get stolen or lost. uggh i wish we had found the house earlier so we could have filed with the new address from the start.

Hi, guys, Yesterday I got a mail from USCIS saying that the Removal of my Conditional basis of my Permanent Resident status has been approved. They told me I will get my new green card within 60 days, but today I got another mail again, and guess what? I got my official 10 yrs. green card... Thank you USCIS for the quick processing of my resident status.

We sent our 751 in July CSC sent it back.

Hi, guys, Yesterday I got a mail from USCIS saying that the Removal of my Conditional basis of my Permanent Resident status has been approved. They told me I will get my new green card within 60 days, but today I got another mail again, and guess what? I got my official 10 yrs. green card... Thank you USCIS for the quick processing of my resident status.

Thanks also to all VJ members for your support and help.

does anyone know if there is an aggregate thread that shows the progress rate for the various monthly filers topics (ie mar11 apr11 may11 etc)? seems like a VJ stats aficionado would have created a spreadsheet to track that. oooh. i'm imagining colorful bar graphs! maybe a pie chart or two!
