Please let me know after ur early bio try, since we are all at El monte office. Thanks!

Added biometrics appointment date :dance: so over the moon that they remember me this time. we had to prompt them for aos as it got beyond 30 days. We are hoping to get it done early though just so we can help them speed up the process if at all possible as we want to move soon and I'd rather have the green card approved and printed before we move than having to file change of address in the middle of adjudication..that is assuming our officer is a speedy one and gets to it beofre our biometrics date. :innocent: if we are allowed to do an early walk in I'll update it here.

My check was cashed yesterday, 7/20/11. But have not received NOA1 yet.

January 2nd, 2009 - entered US on K1 Visa

January 10th, 2009 - Married in LA

February 12, 2009 - applied for I-485 AOS through lawyer

February 19,2009 - NOA1 received for I-765 & I-485

July 29, 2009 - get infopass appt. and ask about status of applications since nothing has happened. Told EAD had been approved April, 4,2009, but never received. Unclear what happened to it.

August 3, 2009 - Biometrics letter received for both EAD and AOS

August 13, 2009 - Biometrics appt. USCIS.gov "touched" EAD, card to be sent out. Finally something!

August 21, 2009 - EAD received & approved

September 4, 2009 - Interview date received

October 6, 2009 - AOS interview in Los Angeles, CA. Finally!

October 6, 2009 - APPROVED!!!!

July 15, 2011 - Applied to remove Conditions I-751

July 21, 2011 - Received NOA1

August 16, 2011 - Biometrics Appt. 12:00p.m. (received 7/28/11)

Hey guys... quick question:

If I have a K2 child that filed with me, do I fill out only one 751 and list him under 'children' or do I have to fill out a whole separate form for him?

I know it's one filing fee and two biometrics fees I need to include, but I'm not sure about the form.

This is what I found...

If you were granted conditional resident status through marriage to a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, use this form (I-751) to remove those conditions. If you have dependent child/ren who acquired conditional resident status concurrently with you and ENTERED the US within 90 days of your arrival, then include the name(s) and A- Number(s) of the/se child/ren in part 5 of this form in order to have her/his/their conditional status removed. If you have dependent child/ren who acquired conditional resident status after 90 days from the date of your ADJUSTMENT or, if the conditional parent is deceased, then the/ those dependent child/ren must file form I-751 separately to have their conditional status removed.
