17 Days after NOA!2 and still no Case Number at NVC?!

is this normal? How long does it usually take? I have been reading some of the shortcuts and they suggest that after two weeks of approval if there is no case number we should try to speak to a Supervisor at NVC and send copy of our NOA2.

I have already spoke with 3 different CSR (the last time I spoke with one of them was yesterday) and they all tell me different things but they all said that they don't even have information that my case was received!

I am starting to get worried about this!! Is this normal? Anybody else with the same issues?

12/27/2010 - NOA1 Email and Text from USCIS. Off to CA!!

12/30/2010 - NOA1 Hardcopy Received. Priority date is 12/22/2010.

02/16/2011 - Touched

05/26/2011 - NOA2 155 days after NOA1!

05/31/2011 - NOA2 Hardcopy Received. No text or email notification.

06/14/2011 - NVC Case & IIN Numbers Received

Hello Rosy and philip,

How did u send DS3032. You scaned it and send or used the email templest. I got my case on 06/16 but did nt get DS3032 and about I864 one yr tex return should be ok or not?

Mine NOA2 is same date 05/31 and got NVC # on 06/16. They received my file 06/13. Keep calling two times a day. you may get it very soon.It's true it's take 15 business.Sometime they got or sometime take time. so hang it there. you should get it.

Thanks!! I called again today and CSR told me to forward my NOA2 to them and will research my case since it is still not showing up in their system (Tomorrow will be exactly 15 business days). I hope they have some info soon!! I am going nuts!!!!!

Hi!! thanks for checking in!! unfortunately I still have not received my case number..but it shouldn't take much longer! right? Maybe a couple of days? I am so ready to get the NVC process started!!!

Any luck with your case number? Have they received it yet? Just keep calling.. the least thing we should do is wait the "90 days" or whatever time they give at NVC. We know for a fact that things go by quicker than what they say!!
