Jordan interview questions

I just have a couple of questions about my fiances interview in Jordan for the K1. First my fiance is from the Philippines. I read someone failed because they didn't show up to the interview. However this was not for Jordan it was for another country. Am I allowed to show up at my fiance's interview and should I? Or will it make a difference in Jordan?

"Every thing was great. Except for one thing. Jenny got the wrong police report. The Embassy requires a Police Certificate from the Jordanian CID. Jenny is from the Phillipines. Can anyone tell us how long this process will take. They gave her a letter stating she must Aramex her Passport and Police Certificate to the Embassy. Please can someone help us."

Can someone explain the parts in bold?

What is the Jordanian CID? What does CID stand for?

Does this still affect us now (seemed like an old review)?

I copied this from the American embassy in Jordan. I am not familiar with the K1 visa...and this is from the immigrant visa interview page.

Original Police Certificate(s) from your country of nationality; your country of residence if you have resided there for six months or more; and a police certificate for any other country in which you have resided for one year or more. This requirement applies only to periods of residence after attaining the age of 16. Jordanian police certificates are issued by the General Intelligence Directorate. Certificates issued by the Jordanian courts are not acceptable.
