Removing conditions filling date coming

HI everyone,

Just quick note to tell you we'll be joining the team of removing condition fillers soon!

Our date is not before july 26th but I'm getting ready. Especially because in July we'll be out of the country for two weeks.

Well time flew by since I received my green card. I can't believe we have to do it again

We moved to Florida so we are filling with VSC i think.

Our file should include:

I-751

Evidences (with both names: Bank account, Apartment lease, taxes 2011, car title, scooter title, car insurance, bills (not both names) and some pictures)

Copy of my green card

Copy of his driver license

Copy of my driver license

Notarized letters from friends/family

Prenup Agreement?

Letter of employer

Copy of paychecks

Check of $590

We had his step mom financially sponsoring us for the green card but now i have a job and we are over the poverty line. Do we need to include my MIL's information again?

I'll keep reading the forums, it helped us so much two years ago. But if there is anything, please let us know.

Just so you know, you don't have to file it exactly 90 days before the GC expires. It's WITHIN 90 days, meaning 90 or even 1 day before expiration.

We filed my daughters' ROC about a month before they expired, my wife about 50 days.

We filed a little over a month before his GC expired, I was still trying to get evidences that I didn't have in October when the 90 day mark began.

My father was our co-sponsor at first but we didn't have to supply any info about him during our ROC. There's no income requirement at the ROC stage. I think the only thing you do have to follow up with your co-sponsor info is that you have to inform USCIS each time your co-sponsor moves during the 10 years.

We didn't have bills bearing both names jointly either. Just some in his name and some in mine.

We will fill within the 90 days. I was just saying our 90 days starts july 26th but im sure we'll send our file in august or september.

You mean the letter to show you're earning money and the paycheck? I wouldn't think that necessary. I put a copy of a paycheck deposit into our joint banking account to show we both contribute to it and pay bills from it as evidence we have a union, but they don't care how much money you're making at this point. Just that you live together, own things together, share debt if you have any, and take care of each other financially.

Good luck to you both. Ours took 5 months about..I think December was pretty busy for them at VSC. It's hard to wait I know, but on the bright side the approval rates are high at this stage. Just relax and go about your life
