Ciudad Juarez-wait time for DHL

So, my fiance finally got his visa and crossed into El Paso last night! A few of you wanted to know the wait time for the visa. His interview was Friday (I wouldn't schedule for Friday, especially those of you having to pay for a hotel) and then he received it on Thursday afternoon. I am not sure if I should count Saturday or not, so it was either the 4th or 5th day that he got it. Hope it is shorter for everyone else! Good luck :)

Hi! Do you have to stay @ juarez and wait for the visa or you can go home and have it mailed there?

You can go home after interview & have it sent to DHL in your Mexican home town.

For some of us, Home is far away, like Cozumel...Cancun...so it is actually cheaper to wait 4-7 days in a Juarez Hotel, pick up visa at DHL in Juarez...then walk across border & fly to where ever in the USA!

Thanks everyone! I am glad I could be of some help :) My fiance arrived safe and sound last night (although he almost missed his connection in Chicago-what a relief that he made it). Good luck!
