Hello VJ's. My husband filed our I-130 last Feb. 2011 and did not receive any notification til now. I am currently employed here in bahrain. I just want to ask if ever I will accept a job in United Arab Emirates, do we need to file a new I-130 again? Or just send a notification that I changed my address? Im really confused now. I wana grab the offer of a supervisor position within the same company im working with - 5* international hotel chain. But I might turn it down if ever our paperworks will be affected. I dont want any additional months to be added in my burden of waiting. Please help me....
