Hi!

im new on this!

I live in Domincian Republic and my father (who is the petitioner) has sent me some papers that he received by mail.

within those papers are:

-AOS Processing Fee Bill Invoice

-and the DS-3032

the ds-3032 is what concern me more

i think i am OK with the AOS Processing Fee, since i have read a lot and form my cpountry the only choice i have is to send a money order to a friend in the US and then send it to the right address...

but about the DS-3032, im going for the second statement that says: "i do not appoint an agent or an attorney to receive mail about my application. Mail from the U.S. Department of State concerning my immigrant visa application should be sent to me at"

i dont know if courriers is the right word but here in my country, due the high increase of the internet purchases and the necesity of "somebody" who can bring merchandice to my country... there is a business where you pay to them for a membership and they give you an U.S address, everything received there is inmediatly sent to me.

example, i wnt to purchase something that only ships within US, but i live abroad, i purchase the item and i fill the order to be delivered to an US address, once upon the item arrives, the person/company who receive my item ship it to my inmediatly...

Then the question is, can i use this?

Thanks in advance!.

I have yet to receive anything from NVC through postal mail. Any and all information sent to me has been through e-mail. If you do not wish to appoint an agent, send the NVC an e-mail stating that. They will respond to your e-mail with the next steps.
