I'm sending the I-864 tomorrow and my uncle's sponsoring my husband since I'm a full time student. I just found out that I need to fill naother I-864 form for myself as well as the joint sponsor's I-864 form. On the one that I'm filling out for myself,

should I check the box for #8. of part 3. (I'm sponsoring the principal immigrant named in part 2 above)???

Should I fill out my information in part 4. (Information on the sponsor)? Even though my uncle's sponsoring my husband?

Your both answers are "Yes." You are still the sponsor and your uncle is the co sponsor. So for #8 of part 3, you are sponsoring the principal immigrant in part two above. And On part 4, you provide your information, as you are the sponsor.

Even though you do not make enough money, you are always the sponsor !!.. your uncle is the co sponsor... so you must file an I-864
