Hello ,Everyone this is what my lawyer just send me can you please let me know what do you think do i need co sponsor or i should b ok plz reply thanks

I have forwarded the packet to the attorney, however being that you sponsored your parents, the poverty guideline increased to 27,937. I noticed that your w-2 amount is lower than what your adjusted income is. The adjusted income on your income tax form is 30,567 and the amount on the w-2 is 27, 500. The attorney will revise and let me know if you do qualify.

Sounds like the secretary doesn't know how to determine if you qualify. What is the number on line 22 of the 1040? If 1040EZ, then the adjusted gross income is the figure used.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
