I have a question regarding the "Court Order" required for the visa application for a minor (K2 Visa).

Is this the same document as the "Consent to Travel" letter? or do I require two separate things? (The first one for her to enter USA and AOS and the other to leave this country).

It would be best to check directly with the embassy there to identify exactly what is required. I have no experiance with Argentina but many if not all embassies require a special document signed by the father in both languages before a visa is issued.

You can ask them if they have a sample letter to be used as a guide. Some embassies require the father to come into the embassy for a short interview.
