Case Status: Completed at NVC

As my case has completed at NVC, we are currently waiting for my Spouse interview at Dhaka-US Consulate.

I was told by people that my spouse might have an AP/AR at interview because he has worked in Saudi for a long period, though we have already submitted his PCC from Saudi & Bangladesh at NVC with no records at all.

I am wondering if we can avoid an AP/AR by getting a FBI report in advance to Interview for my spouse Name & Fingerprint check? If so, then can I make a request to FBI for my souse Name & Fingerprint check in advance, who has no Social Security Number & never been in USA?

I will be grateful to you for sharing your experience or advice who has gone through this process or having any proper idea in this regard.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Nope - you cannot do anything in advance, it would be upto the CO and he will make the call if he is going to put the case in AR or not.

AR can be for many different things and not just coz your spouse has worked in Middle East.
