it's ok you sent the 1st thing (choice of agent) now go here Immigrantvisas.state.gov click on Pay the Affidavit of Support processing fee then click on online payment after you've done so you will go through a set of questions and just answer then to get in. When your bills have generated up on the system you will be able to pay both of your bills for the AOS AND IV if you can pay both of them at the same time AOS is 88 and IV is 404 dollars. After you've paid them wait a couple days for it to show up paid then print out both bar coded cover letters and send them and all of the information required for both applications in at the same time if you can. this way it saves you a lot more time. Good luck ok God bless

Please guys I really need your advice on this matter. :crying: :crying: :crying:

Thanks in advance and more Power!

I had kind of the same issue so I called asked them if could pay the AOS with out being yet assigned as my wife agent and they told me it was fine to go ahead and do it. Their are only two ways to pay one is online and the other is to follow the instructions and I think you would to make a bar code of your case number to send the pay ment but don't quote me on this since my choice was to do on line. Try again to pay it on line see if it would go through make sure you have your bank route number and account number also in which your going to make the payment with. I hope all goes well for you on your Journey.

Reading the auto-response, it doesn't sound like you included the right information in the email. Please read the wiki here: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form If you follow the instructions correctly, then you should get an acceptance within a few business days.

Now Im confused what was happening to my DS3032 or what will I do next?? I hope someone here could help me about my confusion.

You didn't need to re-post the response you got as it's in your first post.

And you're sure you included both the petitioner's and beneficiary's full names? Both of your birth dates? Both of your emails? And you included the case number in the subject line?

And whether you pay the AOS first or send the DS-3032 first, it doesn't matter. They're both completely different tracks at NVC.

I repeat again, the AOS is a different track from the DS-3032 (IV track). It does not matter what you do first.

I would suggest waiting a few business days. If you don't hear anything by next week, then re-send the DS-3032.
