I called NVC and spoke with agent and they saying my case still under review because I sent I864EZ and they just start reviewing this new form. But reading post by aussiewench: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;#entry292751 it said that I864EZ start accepted by NVC and USA embassies since July 21 and old I864 will be accepted until October 19.

I really perplexed by this answer of NVC agents (3rd time they answer to me the same)

Its almost 6 weeks since NVC got my last paper.

Anyone has any idea what is going on at NVC?

I am sorry to hear the delay. They usually complete the I-864 review in about 2-4 weeks and same timeline is true for DS 230 packet. Is your case under administrative Review? Can you find it out? AR can lengthen the NVC process.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
