Hello all!

I am new here. It's a great forum. I will greatly apperciate your responses. And I will try to be as short as possible. My wife came to the U.S on August 2009 on CR1 visa and our daughter was born in the U.S on March 2011. Now, we are going to file I-751 in few weeks. We are going to put our daughter's information in Part 5 of I-751. My question is do we have to add biometric fee for our daughter who is already a U.S Citizen. I am confused because in I-751 instructions on Page 3, it says that "Each conditional resident's child, eligibile to be inculded and listed in Part 5

is required to file an additional $85 Biometric fee"

So, does it also apply to a child who is born in the U.S? Please Reply! Thank you so much in advance!

No. By "eligible to be included" it means a child who is also a conditional resident and is eligible to be included on the same I-751.

Thanks so much Joanna! But we will add our daughter on Part 5 and tell them that she is a U.S citizen. Right?
